Retreat Itinerary
Begin Your Journey
Arrive Thursday evening, unpack and settle into your luxury lakeview room. Take an stroll by the lake to unwind from your travels and ground into your natural environment. Enjoy light snacks while you meet and mingle with the other retreat members. Join for an optional group welcome circle. We’ll drop in via breathwork and light movement, set intentions for the retreat and go over the itinerary.
Embrace Nature’s Wisdom
We’ll follow breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday with optional excursions into Tahoe’s natural beauty. The daily excursion will depend on weather. Options include hanging by and paddleboarding at the lake, hiking through Tahoe’s serene pines, and, if weather permits, boating to and swimming in the deepest part of the lake.
Lunch will follow.
Rejuvenate Your Body & Relax Your Mind
We’ll begin each morning attuning our bodies to nature’s rhythms with a grounding yoga practice. The morning class will begin with gentle breath work, move into an energizing flow and finish with a guided meditation.
Breakfast will follow.
Rest, Reflect & Reset
Enjoy a free afternoon. Options include cozying up with a journal, book or board game in the beautiful lakeview living room, retreating to your room for rest and reflection, taking a dip in the hot tub or taking a separate nature excursion to the trails or the beach (recommendations available.) Avid mountain bikers are welcome to and encouraged to bring their bikes.
Snacks available upon returning.
Wind Down with Evening Yoga
Our evening practice will include 30 minutes of flow and 30 minutes of restorative/yin to help us drop into deep relaxation and move into the evening with ease. Yin yoga is a passive practice in which our mind and muscles completely relax, giving our connective tissue an opportunity to release stuck energy.
Dinner will follow.
Sound Healing Immersion
Realign your mind, body and spirit as you enjoy the healing vibrations emitted from crystal and Tibetan bowls, along with other magical instruments. The sound healing will take place Friday evening.
Integrate & Appreciate
We’ll close our last day with a final morning yoga practice, and reflect and share over breakfast.

Meg Patterson's cooking began around her own table, inspired by farmers market finds, foraged ingredients, and the changing seasons. Her style was refined at the Esalen Institute in Big Sur and continues today at Greens Restaurant in San Francisco, where she creates vibrant, vegetable-forward dishes rooted in hyper-local sourcing. Influenced by her yoga practice, Meg blends old-world techniques like fermentation and preservation with fresh, contemporary flavors to create meals that are both nourishing and joyful. She believes that gathering around a beautiful, seasonal meal is a powerful way to connect with one another and the place we call home.
